Joseph J. Mondock, Partner

Joe Mondock began his career as the firm’s first law clerk, researching and writing on the developing practice of personal injury and insurance law.   After graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2002, Joe joined the firm as an associate concentrating in automobile, tractor-trailer, wrongful death and premises liability cases.   He has devoted his career to the representation of injured victims and families.  Joe utilizes the latest courtroom technology to add a visual element to oral argument and witness examination.  In 2008, Joe Mondock became partner of the newly named Thorson, Switala, Mondock & Snead, LLP.
